RACE AND REGATTA PREPARATION
with Rob Koci
Come out to Westwood Sailing Club on Wednesday, April 21st, 2010 at 7pm to learn about
race and regatta preparation from seasoned Laser and Albacore racer Rob Koci.
Rob knows that competing at a local, provincial, national or international level requires focus and training.
He will be discussing regatta preparation techniques that he has learned through many years
of successful racing.
With the Albacore Internationals in our own backyard in 2011, Rob will also touch upon his experience training for an international event, the 2009 Laser Master World Championships, where he finished 8th, with an amazing four 1st places finishes. A talk not to be missed for anyone who has ever thought about racing!
