Hello pasty faces!
Two weeks today, sailors will start to head south to the Mid Winters Regatta in sunny Sarasota, FLORIDA !! March 18-20th.
If you have never attended the Mid -Winters "start the car".
It's an excellent way to begin your sailing season, see how out of shape you are and mostly connect with your fellow sailors.
I am hearing that it will be a fleet size over 20-25 boats - may be more, given that it is an Internationals year.
The weather in Sarasota today is 75F, 78 Thursday, 77 Friday & Saturday.
The club is extremely hospitable, with showers and free camping, you can walk to The Old Salty Dog for breakfast. If you get there on the 17th, the club usually has a good St. Paddy's Day party !
Attached is the NOR for the regatta.

Dust of your sailing gear and go !
