<p>Dear friends,</p><div><br></div><div>It's time to firm up plans for our early August regattas: 8/4 to 8/5 VA Governor's Cup at Ware River Yacht Club <a href="http://wareriveryachtclub.com/govcup.html">http://wareriveryachtclub.com/govcup.html</a> and 8/11 to 8/12 the Fishing Bay Yacht Club 73rd One Design Regatta <a href="http://www.fbyc.net/Events/2012/08.11.onedesign/ssi.dtml">http://www.fbyc.net/Events/2012/08.11.onedesign/ssi.dtml</a>. </div><div><br></div><div>Both events require a minimum of 5 boats in a class for a start, so please let me (Ware) and Bob Bear (Fishing Bay) know who is coming (verbally, e-mail, or post on Facebook "Albacore Racing" or the USAA blog).</div><div>The Governor's Cup has a special twist, namely that the Cup is awarded to the fleet with the most starting boats. So, if I should win this, I would need all of you to come to put the Albacore Class and my name on the Cup for 2012. Now that's a far-fetched scenario, since if you all come, my
