The Express 27 National Championship "Race Week" is upon us!!!
Please see the enclosed PDF for the PreNational Regatta NOR/entry
form --9/23-924.
And, the NOR and Entry Form (two separate word docs) for the Nationals
starts just a few days later 9/29-10/1.
Other important Dates:
9/16 PreNationals entry form due
9/23 Nationals entry form due
So, its time to get your Race Week campaign all dialed in. Some highlights
to look forward to...
PreNationals: practice starts, and lots of races
Nationals:
Great Racing, and Photos after the racing each day projected at the bar,
courtesy of Ralph Deeds.
Thursday PM-- weigh-in boat measurement
Friday-- Keg/munchies and Fleet Meeting.
Saturday--Gourmet Fajita Buffet, and afterwards a live band/dancing
Sunday-- Keg/munchies and awards presentations
I am looking for volunteers to help with some of the stuff for Nationals. I
need help with the following:
-- selling t-shirts, caps, each afternoon after racing
-- helping with the weighin and boat measurement
-- helping get the trophies and t-shirts and stuff ordered, etc.
Let me know ASAP, if you can help with any of the above...
More details on the Nationals will be forthcoming in about a week...
