[Sclaser] registration now open for SCYC Laser Regatta

Registration is now open and SIs are available for SCYC's November 11
Winter Laser Regatta at scyc.org and Regatta Network!  Highlights are
3-minute starts, simple windward-leewards, $20/$10 entry fee for over/under
35 yrs old, and pizza/winner's debrief/awards at the clubhouse after. Hope
to see you there!
