[Sclaser] Laser short course at Richmond

Hey Santa Cruz Laser sailors-

Who's in for this short-course regatta in Richmond on Sunday Oct. 19?  Last
year, Santa Cruz had a pretty good showing (helping to start the idea of a
"fleet" prize in addition to individual scores).  I'm planning on going.
Let's get a good turn out again--it's a fun day of racing.
