Fellow Express Sailors --
The Great Pumpkin Regatta is upon us. See enclosed SIs. You can
register online at www.richmondyc.org. This is always a fun event
and the weather looks like it will be great... so get out there!
I have arranged with the Harbormaster, Rich, for the expresses to
raft-up together in a few big berths. This will make access to our
boats much easier than being rafted 10-deep. Rich wants us to use
C-2, C-1, and D-2. See map of harbor below. Dock F is the closest
to the bay (left side of map below), and dock A is the closest to the
club (right side of map). I have circled the areas that are
"reserved" for us. Now, nothing is really "reserved" in the typical
raft-up bedlam, but these slips will be empty, most boats will
probably head towards the basin. Xena is already parked in C-2. So
lets see if we can mass in this area after the racing Saturday, and before.
