[sf e27] 3 bridge fiasco on January 31st

This is an easy to administer, easy to find crew (just need one other besides yourself), and fun tour of the San Francisco Bay. Let's show our fleet strength by getting all the boats out there. If you know an owner that is on the fence, give him/her some encouragement and get out there. Should be plenty of crew available since ALL of us are doublehanding it.
