Greetings Vanguardians,
I'm running the 505 PCC's at TISC on the June 16-17 weekend and I'm looking
for volunteers to help with race committee for the event. I will run a V15
racing clinic for those who are willing to help me with the 505 regatta. I
have the June 30th and July 14th weekends available for the clinic. I will
select the weekend and day of the clinic based on feedback from the
volunteers. Those of you who have helped me in previous 505 regattas are
welcome to attend the clinic without volunteering for this event but you are
welcome to help out as well if you have the time!
The commitment is 11am to 5pm on both days. We have a large, comfortable
sailboat for the race committee boat and several whalers for mark set and
rescue. I expect about 20 505's to participate and we will be racing off
the northern end of TI. Lunch is provided and we will have a post racing
BBQ and keg after sailing.
If you are interested in participating, please respond to this email and
indicate which day(s) you can help out and which weekend and day you would
like to have the clinic on.
