lost tiller extension from Tomales Bay?

Hello everyone,

After the Tomales Bay regatta at the Inverness Yacht Club they found a
tiller extension which they think came from a V-15 in our fleet.  A
friend from IYC gave it to me to try to figure out whose it is.  So
let me know if you lost your tiller extension there.
