Hello Volunteers!

I just wanted to touch base with you all to provide some information for
this weekend's event. For those of you who have already signed up, this is
information for the day of the event. For others who may be interested in
participating, feel free to email us with your availability or just come
out to the event and check in with us on-site!



As a reminder, below are the shifts we are working:

*Saturday (3.5 hr shifts): (8 volunteers needed per shift)*

Shift 1: 11am-2:30pm

Shift 2: 2:30-6 pm

*Sunday (2/2.5 hr shifts): (10 volunteers needed per shift or 1 long shift)*

Shift 1: 10:30am-1pm

Shift 2: 1-3pm



Details for Volunteers

*What You'll be Doing*: All volunteers 21+ will be serving and selling beer
in 2 locations on-site, the Beer Garden and the VIP lounge. All volunteers
under 21 will be assisting with the sale of water and manning the TISC
information booth.



*When to Arrive*: We would greatly appreciate it if all volunteers can
arrive10 minutes before the beginning of their shift



*Where to Meet*: Volunteers should meet Madison Gattis (TISC Operations
Manager) at the TISC Booth on-site (please see attached

*What to wear*: All volunteers should wear either a TISC shirt if you have
one or TISC a colored top (blue or yellow). This way we can easily identify
our volunteers from the Triathlon staff!



*What to Bring*: Water and beer (for those 21+) will be provided for
volunteers, but not food. Food will be available for sale on site, but if
you'd rather not purchase it, then be sure to bring a snack! Be prepared to
keep an eye on whatever items you bring with you- we do not have a secure
location onsite for volunteers to store their personal effects!
