I know that there are reasons behind the decision. In years past, TISC has run the entire Summer Sailstice regatta. This year they bowed out. John stepped up to the plate to take on the whole thing sponsored by BVBC. I really do not appreciate anyone that would second guess this sort of loyalty to the sport. <BR> Times are tough right now. Many things are in turmoil. Take a breath and let things settle. I am willing to give anyone the benefit of a doubt. The Laser class and any dinghy class in the Bay Area are just too much fun to let things flame out of control.<BR>just my 2 cents,<BR>

TI advertises a youth regatta and will now have to change their web page Calendar. <BR>You may be a good friend of his but this is wrong and puts a lot of people out. This was also the Qualifier for the Smythe Youth Laser Regatta. <BR>If I had it in my power I would ask that no lasers show up.<BR>To cancel 1 1/2 weeks before event.
