protest seems like a bad idea for multiple reasons, including a) not
everyone has the option/connections to try to get scores changed the next
day, and b) I'm sure plenty of people got flagrantly fouled last night and
also didn't have a hearing. <br><br>That was JV and Jonny Goldsberry btw.

Race # 3 (just to re-hash all the stupid F'in sailing I did last night and
won't be surprised if Avery sells her 0% stake in 1629)...<br><br>We were
flagrantly fouled at the finish by 1203. Not sure who the guys were
but we were making a second attempt at finishing the race when 1203 came
flying in on port tack and literally slammed in between us on starboard tack
and the RC boat. It happened very quick but it was ridiculous.
Chad is copied here and witnessed the whole incident. 1203 felt we
were going backwards with no rights. Avery and I don't feel this is
the case at all and it was a shockingly simple P vs. S
situation.<br><br>Note if a 1203 is tossed from race # 3 - this moves us up
to 5th for the night and Kevin down to 6th. I'm not interested being a
di*k here to change the scores but this was a really stupid move that should
be addressed.<br><br>Nice work to Barkow last night and all the fleet for
great sailing. Cheers to John Super Sr. & Jr. for getting off 5
prompt races including the two lappers - they made us earn it last
