V15 Fleet-<div><br></div><div>We've gotten word that earlier this week, a tugboat sank near TI, spilling oil into the cove.  We've gotten conflicting messages whether the cove is currently clean enough to sail. TISC has not been sailing all week, but the worst appears to have already passed.</div>
<div><br></div><div>We are still going to try and hold races, conditions permitting. If we cannot race, we can start the social hour early (and TISC could use some cleanup help as a result of the oil).</div><div><br></div>
