The light breeze, combined with a strong current, made for chaotic starts and since the PRO was not feeling charitable, the black flag was up for the entire regatta and most boats received at least one over the course of the weekend. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><span style='color:black'>Returning from last year was Chef Andrew Shaw, who prepared wonderful gourmet meals at the campsite and regatta venue with the assistance of sous-chef Wood Banthin. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal style='mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto'><span style='color:black'>Saturday saw a record 21 races run, but the wind shut off midday on Sunday, prompting a shortened day. At the end of 27 races, Ken Turnbull and Shannon Ryan emerged victorious in the 15-boat fleet.
