Folks,<div><br></div><div>Attached are electronic, fill-in forms for the Svendsons Registration and Medical Waivers.  You can just fill these in with Adobe, sign them electronically, and email them back to:  <a href="mailto:vanguardfleet53@gmail.com">vanguardfleet53@gmail.com</a>  We will print them out and put them in the binder for you.  Also attached is the final version of the NOR's.  All of these forms are also on the website. </div>
<div><br></div><div>You can also just print them out yourself and bring them with you on Thursday. Either way works fine.  Also, please forward the medical waivers to your crews -- it's important that they also have this completed before they go on the water.  Even if you have done this in years past, you have to complete and resign them again! Please do this before your first race!</div>
