Hi Vanguardians,<div><br></div><div>TISC and Fleet 53 are creating a new program this year to get TISC sailors out on Thursday nights. Next week we have 3, maybe 4 that would like to try crewing. </div><div><br></div><div>
I am looking for three volunteers to race with the junior sailors. They are "intermediate" sailors, and I am not positive what this means. </div><div><br></div><div>Additionally, I am looking for suggestions on how this program should work. Should have one in the RC at all times helping there (and switching)? can we give bonus points out for skippers that accept a TISC sailor? </div>
<div><br></div><div>Also, let me know if you are a skipper without a boat that would take a junior sailor as crew.</div><div><br></div><div>This is an important program for both TISC and the fleet. Please let me know if you can help in any way. </div>
