 charter program will be a $100 stipend paid directly to the boat owner 
by the visiting sailor.  The charter will be hull, rig, blades, lines, dolly only...not sails.  </span><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)"><span style="background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">We are asking anyone wishing to charter to BYO
