Hey Women Tuna Skippers,
The Sausalito Yacht Clubs Women's Skipper Regatta is scheduled for
Sunday, October 14. The races will be sailed on the Knox Course area.
The Notice of Race is on the SYC website <syconline.org> Click on
"Race" in the top left corner.
The early registration is $35.00(Sept. 30 early deadline). The entry
fee benefits the Tall Ship Semester for Girls, so even if you delay
and pay the late $45.00 fee it's for a great cause.
We think there will be at least 4 Tunas entering from Sausalito:
Leah, Shirley, Cathy, Jennifer. They'd love to have a 5th (or more)
boat join in so the Santanas would have their own class.
It's non-spinnaker/class jib racing. 3 races (shorter) scheduled.
Great party back at the club following the final race. And, of
course equally great awards!
