Steve Seal's web site, (sealsspars.com) claims it isn't hard. He
says it just 'snaps on' to the hull/deck joint. Although I've never
replaced a rubrail, my experience with this type of thing is that
it's usually a bit more difficult than that. If it does snap on, I
would suggest getting a cheap, white rubber mallet to help things along.
