>From the replies I received it appears that people are in favor of keeping
the date on the 23rd and racing on Emeryville flats. That's what we'll do.
Bill Murphy was kind enough to volunteer to set some marks and call the
line. I've ordered some big new marks from APS for the class and hopefully
they will be in service by then. No more peering around for small orange
globes when trying to find the starting pin or windward mark. These should
be available for ANYBODY who wants to do a Santana 22 related event...
Details:
Location: Emeryville Flats (immediately to the east of Treasure Island Just
North of the Bay Bridge.
TIme: 1:00
What: Lots of races on a short course where people can get practice on
starts, roundings, and putting the rules into practice!
