Where are you located? I'll try to get Michael's PLB to you if it's
possible. Changing the NOAA registration info is an online process
and if pretty simple.
I'll be in Sausalito working on my boat tomorrow.
I'm sailing the EYC 2nd Half Opener this weekend, so will be at the
Encinal YC Saturday afternoon/evening.
I can also loan you SOLAS parachute flares and smoke canisters for the
trip if you'd like to have them.
Be sure to take a charged up waterproof/bagged handheld VHF and cell
phone in your ditch bag.
