[Santana 22] Tuna Tune-up: April 5th, 11 am, Clipper Cove, TI

I can almost definitely make it over, either to crew or bring my own boat
out if we're overmanned (my boat is at TI anyway but it's slow - maybe it
can replace Tackful as committee boat?)
