[Santana 22] Last day to register for Jack Frost before late fee kicks in - we are at 6 Tunas so far

... though Pariah registered as Monohull non-spinnaker rather than 
Santana 22 one-design, and Mad Max registered to race with the J70s 
(Megan must be feeling very fast!)
