Santana Folk,<br><br>In case you didn't notice (like me), the first deadline for Vallejo has come and gone.  The final deadline is May 2nd, next Wednesday.  We also have our first white sails race of the season coming up on May 19th.  If you haven't paid your dues and sent in your YRA application, now is the time.  I know that $225 seems like a fair amount of cash to drop for the YRA season, but if you break it down it is the cheapest racing you will find on the bay.  At 7+ race days that is $30 per day of racing.  Given the fact that we will be doing 2 to 3 races per day you are paying just over $12 per race.  Compare that to Sausalito's Tuesday night series where you get 5 races for $60 ($75 at this point).  It is hard to find a way to race cheaper than the YRA series.
