MARCH 1ST AND IF YOU DO NOT RETURN YOUR CONTRACT BEFORE THIS DATE *YOUR
CURRENT SPACE # WILL BE ASSIGNED TO A TENANT WITH A VALID CONTRACT*.



THE GATE CODE WILL CHANGE ON APRIL 1ST AND *ONLY TENANTS WITH A VALID
CONTRACT WILL BE GIVEN THE NEW CODE.  *

NEW CONTRACT and RATE CHANGE



Since 1999, TISC's ongoing mission as a non-profit 501(3)c  is to ensure
the accessibility of the sport of sailing to everyone in the community. In
2012, one of our primary goals is to improve the experience of our tenants
and building a stronger sense of community, which will enable us to grow
together as a first rate community sailing center.



We hope you have noticed the improvements we have made during the past year
to support a well maintained, smooth running facility that enhances your
time on the water! In order to continue these efforts in the future we have
developed a new tenant contract with updated tenant agreements and facility
rules, and we have slightly increased storage fees for the first time since
2004 (see chart below). These changes will be effective for March 1, 2012.



We ask that all tenants review and sign the new contract and return it to

your signed contract by February 23rd we will assume you wish to
discontinue your contract for your boat and your current assigned space
will be forfeited.*

We highly recommend that you take a few minutes to speak with a TISC
representative to review the new terms and to answer any questions. We are
