[Santana 22] Fwd: Fwd: s22hEY PE

This is the final schedule for next year.  I believe we will be doing 6 of
the ODCA races (taking out one knox race).  I vote for eliminating the 2nd
one so that the races in the fall are  more evenly spaced.
