on to more exciting stuff:
Michael Andrews (and the rest of our Nationals regatta team) has been
putting in a lot of work to make July 24-26 an awesome event in its fabulous
setting, time to sign up for the party at the link from
http://www.cyc.org/race/santana22 where we also have the NOR and will have
the SI's up in about a week from now. Michael will be sending out a more
detailed update soon - let one of us know if there are any roadblocks we can
help you dissolve (do you need to borrow a trailer, find someone's house to
crash in, need crew...)
Also, Fleet 1 remember the Plastic Classic is next Saturday, a fun race with
an awesome party. I won't make it this year, picking up kids from Stockton
Sail Camp, but I hope a lot of the rest of you will go play.

Um, I hate to say this, but I don't think our listserve is the right place
to send invites to a networking site. I understand that you probably know a
good number of folks on the list and this may be the easiest way to reach
them, but if we all start doing this we'll be inundated and folks will start
dropping out because of email overload.
I hope you can find a way to reach fellow Tuners individually (Fleet 1 has
master roster in Excel that we give any dues-paying fleet member, for
example), and that you can understand my position.
I also hope this doesn't start an email blizzard; so other listers please
think before replying all, perhaps folks with other comments could just let
Relaena and myself know and I will send out a summary, if there turns out to
be anything to summarize.
