Sorry to hear about your rudder!

My current marina, Coyote Point in San Mateo, has 2 Tunas they are
putting up for Lien Sale in July. You could likely buy one of those
whole boats for less than a new rudder.
Of course, based on the other replies, you might still want to start
w/ a new post.
