[Santana 22] Season Closer

Hi everyone,
Has a decision been made on which race the fleet will be doing on saturday, and whether it will be with or without spinnakers?

Aquila will likely race non-spin, but I am disinclined to race otherwise as I do not yet have a spinnaker.

Thanks,
Derek Meyer

Pat,

Is the finish for the Island Tour at the CYC finish line?  If not where, more specifically?

Tom,

I think the CYC Season Closer will look pretty much like this. Things haven't been finalized, but this is close:

On Saturday fleets have a choice between (1) two W/L buoy races on the Knox course area (using Yellow Bluff temp OR (2) the Islands Tour Race (Start near Knox - Yellow Bluff Temp - YRA #2 (Alcatraz) - Red Rock - Yellow Bluff Temp - Finish near Knox).

The Islands Tour would be a great spinnaker race for Tunas.

Sunday will be the reverse start "Crazy 8" race as per last year.

I'd encourage you and the other boats to stick around for the Sunday race. It was fun.
