Hello Fellow Tuna Sailors,
Just a reminder that the S22 Nationals race packet forms were posted last
week on the home page of the Monterey Peninsula Yacht Club, at www.mpyc.org.
Expect one update to the apparel order form, which will show the design on
the back of the T-shirts.

For information on:
--Boat and trailer storage, please contact Patrick Tregenza at cell
831-594-5959.
--Sail measurement, please contact Vic Carder at 831.659.2334.

Below is a repeat of an email I sent earlier to answer questions.

Dates: July 29-31, 2011, Monterey Peninsula Yacht Club.
--For up to a week prior and a week after the races we can put your boats
and trailers in our dry storage boat yard.
--During the race days the boats must stay in the water. (Cannot take boats
out Saturday after races.) We will raft up as many boats as possible at our
docks. I'm fairly certain some of our skippers can move their boats to
moorings and you can use their slips.
--If you would like your own slip you can make arrangements with the
Monterey Harbormaster: 831.646.3950
--We will provide bathroom/shower keys for each skipper, but you'll probably
have to make a refundable deposit on it.
--We will have help available on the boat hoist Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The person operating the hoist must be checked out by our Harbormaster
office, so we are providing authorized people to run the hoist.
--Everyone is invited to sail in our Wednesday Sunset Series beer can races
on Wednesday July 27, and if you're here you can put your boats and trailers
in the boat yard.
--We will have dinner at the clubhouse Saturday night, live music, beer
donated by Pineapple Sails, great 1st-5th place trophies and lots of other
stuff.

--The Santanarama in Stillwater Cove at Pebble Beach is the following
weekend, August 5, 6, and 7. Charlie Kurtmen (Leprechaun) will have the
picket line available in Stillwater Cove after the Nationals for any boats
that want to stay there the week between the Nationals and Santanarama.

Looking forward to these fun events!
