Are you sure about a 2008 PHRF cert being required if less than 5 enter as a class? The last 4 years a cert was not required, don't see why it would be any different now. Its my impression that a few Santanas want to sail but prefer to do spinny or single handed. Lets not discourage anyone from going out and having a good fun race.
