[Santana 22] Thoughts about mast step.

Hi Keay,
For a geeky rigging question like this, I would refer you to our 
(un)official class rigger, Steve Seals (Spars and Rigging) - he's been 
working on Tuna masts (and lots of others of course) for decades.
