Hello All:
We're having trouble setting our whisker poll when it's blowing hard. I've been heading dead down wind, and controlling the jib sheets while we're trying to hook the jib onto the "D" ring, but the jib still is torn out of my crew's hands and then beats them up a bit. Not pleasant when they feel like they're riding a bucking bronco while having buckets of water dumped on them.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
