[Santana 22] Rites of Spring 3/23

Bay Area Tunas,

Registration for the Oakland Yacht Club's Rites of Spring is now open:

This is a fun single, double handed, or all women full crew race in the Bay and 
a nice warm up for the season.  We already have at least 3 boats that I know of 
planning to sign up in the all women division.
